Developed in collaboration with paddle engineer and reviewer John Kew, the Q2 combines full-foam construction, a spin-focused carbon fibre surface, and targeted stability zones to create a paddle that feels lively without being unpredictable.

The 16mm Widebody Q2 is the quick, punchy version of the Q2 range.

Compared with the elongated model, this paddle gives you a slightly shorter, wider hitting surface, making it easier to square up the ball and stay solid through blocks, counters, and resets. It still has the pop and aggression you’d expect from a 14mm paddle, but the widebody shape adds extra forgiveness and faster hand speed.

CarbonBite Surface Technology

RPM’s carbon fibre CarbonBite face is designed to maximise friction between the paddle and ball, helping generate high-level spin for topspin drives, dipping resets, cut returns, and controlled rolls.

Multi-zone Hybrid Core

The Q2 uses a fully moulded EPP foam core with integrated groove channels to create a more consistent response across the paddle face. The aim is to reduce hot spots and dead zones, giving you a more predictable feel whether you catch the middle or slightly miss the sweet spot.

TPU Perimeter Inserts
