CarbonBite surface (spin-first carbon fibre)

RPM’s FRICTION CarbonBite surface is designed to maximise surface grit and friction for elite spin, supporting heavy topspin, biting slices, and controlled roll shots.

Multi-zone Hybrid Core (fully moulded EPP foam)

The Q2 uses a fully moulded EPP foam core with integrated groove channels (moulded into the foam—rather than cut after the fact) to promote controlled flex and help reduce hot/dead spots across the face.

Perimeter + neck inserts (stability + comfort)

TPU perimeter inserts (9 & 3 o’clock) are used to increase torsional stability and widen the effective sweet spot—helping off-centre blocks and counters stay on line.
